NHS Choices is another useful website, providing searchable information on a wide range of conditions and treatments. It also provides a basic search facility for a few key local services.

Hiblio tv is about making it easier for those who need help to find it.  It's a WebTV channel which is simple to access and presents viewers with credible information about health, wellbeing and lifestyle - broadcasting the topics relevant to them.  Hiblio outputs content from it's studio with Torbay NHS Trust's Horizon Centre to internet enabled devices such as computers, tablets and smartphones.  Viewers can choose to watch the conversations in 'real time' or catch up later with what they missed in an easy and convenient way.  Hiblio is bringing people together in a common cause, working with healthcare professionals, established charities and public bodies to share their knowledge, expertise and experience with Devon residents and beyond.  Hiblio is growing an incredible schedule of topics to improve awareness in health and lifestyle choice.

Fit for Travel provides advice on which vaccinations you should have before travelling abroad, and whether you should take malaria prevention medication during your trip.

The Family Planning Association has lots of useful information about contraceptive choices, sexually transmitted infections, planning a pregnancy and what to do if you fall pregnant unexpectedly.

The Bank Youth Project is an Ashburton charity for people aged between 10 and 19 years.
