Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
If you are taking regular medication
your doctor will issue a computerised repeat prescription form. This
should be brought or sent to the surgery for repeat medication. Please
allow 48 hours for it to be processed. It will be necessary to see the
doctor at agreed intervals to review your medication. We regret that
we cannot take telephone requests: this rule minimises errors and is
for your safety. If you require medication urgently, ask to speak to
your doctor. You may also leave your repeat prescription slip with Lloyds
in the town - but please allow an extra day for it to be turned around.
